Written and directed by Daniel WANG, the Artists-in-Residence of NTT (2017-2018), Meet, is now finally coming to the audience in the form of staged reading after two years’ development. The show follows the story of Hero, a candid young man showing Asperger's straits, and Manman, a popular online streamer with disability. Every evening at 8:30, Hero eagerly awaits Manman's broadcast, but his unintentional comment turns her into a target for online trolls, causing her viewership to plummet. Desperate for money, Manman enlists Hero's singing talent to create a unique sales strategy to restore her popularity, all while keeping her physical condition and financial needs in the dark. How Hero will make his choice when the difficult truth is revealed?
