A veteran performing arts curator and arts venue administrator, LEE Huey-mei has dedicated her career to advancing Taiwan's performing arts sector. Her work spans program production, venue management, curatorial practice, and international cultural exchange.

Since joining the Preparatory Office of the National Theater and Concert Hall (NTCH) in 1986, she has held a range of planning and management positions. With over four decades of professional experience, she has curated and executed more than 4,000 performances encompassing theater, dance, music, and interdisciplinary productions. In addition to supporting local creation and commissioning major productions, she has introduced numerous leading international artists and companies to Taiwan, strengthening the country's connections with the global performing arts network.

From 2014 to 2018, she served as General and Artistic Director of the NTCH, where she integrated programming and institutional development while deepening public engagement and international collaborations. She later helmed as curator of the Taoyuan Iron Rose Festival (2023‒2026), continuing to foster interdisciplinary projects and strengthen connections between artistic practice and urban culture. In 2025, she was elected Chairperson of the Performing Arts Alliance (PAA), where she focused on industry development, cultural policy advocacy, and the enhancement of the arts ecosystem.

In April 2026, Lee assumed the position of General and Artistic Director at the National Taichung Theater (NTT). She continues to champion artistic creation, talent development, and international exchange, further deepening the cultural connections between the NTT and the city.

WANG Wei-ling holds a Master's degree in Arts Administration from Columbia University, New York. She worked for the National Theater and Concert Hall (NTCH) in Taipei from 2005 to 2014, including 6 years curating both local and international music projects; 3 years in marketing, sponsorship, international affairs, outreach programs and media procurement. She also led key initiatives for the performing arts market and the AAPPAC annual conference in Taipei.

Following the establishment of the National Performing Arts Center (NPAC) in 2014, WANG joined the Office of the Board of Directors as Board Secretary. She was responsible for coordinating board meetings, liaising with government agencies and board members, and consolidating institutional regulations and governance policies. 

From 2015 to 2026, WANG served as Manager of the Programming and Planning Department at the National Taichung Theater (NTT), overseeing both in-house programming and venue hiring, and a wide range of initiatives including the 2015 Preview Year, the 2016 Opening Season, the 2015–2018 education and outreach programs, and the 2016–2018 Artists-in-Residency. Her work covered the development of policies and regulations governing programming and venue operations, schedule management, digital archiving, arts-tech projects, and global cultural exchanges. 

WANG has served as Deputy Director of the NTT since May 2026.

William LEE is a cross-disciplinary executive whose career spans both the technology industry and arts administration.

Lee began his career as a technology journalist with the Commercial Times and the China Times, where he witnessed Taiwan's high-tech industry during its period of rapid growth. He later transitioned into the technology sector, serving as a company spokesperson, public affairs manager, and marketing director, where he built extensive expertise in corporate strategy, branding, and corporate governance.

He subsequently brought this corporate governance perspective to the arts and public sectors, serving as Deputy Director of the National Theater and Concert Hall, Marketing Director for the AI Platform at the National Center for High-performance Computing, and a consultant to arts venues and foundations. He is committed to transforming technological innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset into driving forces for venue operations and artistic presentation.

Since May 2026, Lee has served as Deputy Director of the National Taichung Theater.
