The Symphnic Path Ⅰ
08/20(Thu)19:30
Symphonic Path I marks a new chapter for Camerata Taiwan as the ensemble enters its second decade and serves as the opening concert of its ongoing exploration of Beethoven’s symphonies. World-renowned pianist Pi-Hsien Chen joins conductor Su-Han Yang and Camerata Taiwan for a program that reflects on continuity, transformation, and the evolving spirit of the Classical tradition.
Centered around the tonality of C, the program begins with Schubert’s Overture in the Italian Style, followed by Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 24, and concludes with Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1, weaving between the contrasting colours of major and minor. Camerata Taiwan presents a new perspective through its distinctive vision and interpretation.
