At sixteen, Amei stands on the brink of first love yet feels no warmth or care from her family. Her father, the fantasy-loving village chief, dreams only of making a fortune and bold moves. Her mother, who has never lifted a finger for household chores, remains immersed in TV dramas. Mocked by the hired betel nut beauty and scrutinized by nosy neighbors, they undergo misunderstandings and chaos in their home. One day, Amei is unexpectedly possessed by her deceased grandmother(Ama). Urged by the unanswered phrase “Stay Strong,” Ama transcends both life and the afterlife to fulfill this wish. Overcoming countless hardships to return to the human world, Ama quietly begins to mend the hearts of these people…
