The Taichung Bar Association Saxophone Ensemble was founded in 2008 and is now celebrating its 17th anniversary. Over the years, it has nurtured an artistic atmosphere among its members and their families while actively participating in various public welfare performances and events. With the dedicated guidance of instructors and the diligent efforts of each member, the ensemble has continuously refined its performance skills, achieving remarkable excellence. Through harmonious ensemble music, it brings the emotional power of music into homes and society, earning widespread acclaim.
This performance features a diverse repertoire, ranging from classic pieces from around the world to modern ensemble works. Additionally, Wang Yu-Wen, principal saxophonist of the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra Symphonic Band, will deliver a brilliant solo performance and join a small ensemble for an exhilarating rendition of Granada, a Spanish dance piece!
