"Rhapsody of Tango" is a music project conceived by bandoneon player Wu Yung-Lung, blending modern tango, traditional tango, tango jazz, and neoclassical elements. The program features classic works by Astor Piazzolla alongside Wu’s original tango chamber compositions.

The word "Rhapsody" evokes a free-flowing, expressive musical form. Historically, tango was born from the nightlife of immigrant communities, often accompanied by alcohol, offering a momentary escape from the pain of exile, immersing people in a state of rhapsody and celebration.

Together with four fellow musicians, Wu invites the audience on a rhapsodic journey into the world of Argentine tango.
