Music is the universal language of humanity, no longer merely a pastime or hobby; it progresses to assist individual families and teams in achieving physical and mental well-being. It creates new opportunities and perspectives, establishing philosophical goals for a healthy life. The programme features a guzheng and erhu ensemble, a band concert with various creative pieces, and adaptations of ancient Tang poetry and Ci with singing and dance, all meticulously studied by Professor Lin Ai-hua. The performances bridge historical differences with splendid four-hand guzheng performances and innovative stage art. There will also be piano and guzheng duets, culminating in a rendition of "Feathered Garment Dance" from the Dunhuang court dance. Additionally, adaptations of classic Chinese pipa traditional suites echo the background and melodies reminiscent of the moonlit music. Outstanding young talent in the marimba percussion will also perform.
