The Taipei Fubon Bank Foundation for Charity, established in 2003, is dedicated to advancing social welfare through the guiding principle of “Bringing Love Through the Arts.” Since 2004, the Foundation has continuously organized the Fubon Talent Award for Persons with Disabilities, a long-standing initiative committed to identifying, nurturing, and celebrating the exceptional artistic talents of individuals with disabilities.
