Following his hit show BOOM in 2021, which explored the years from 1945 to 1969, Rick Miller is coming back to Taiwan with BOOM X and BOOM YZ, the second and final part of his award-winning BOOM trilogy, to wow the audience. Each show documents 25 years, in chronological order, drawing connections between global events, cultural milestones, and personal stories. BOOM X picks up where BOOM left off, at Woodstock in August of ‵69, and takes us through the days of disco, the oil crisis, the Cold War, video games, punk rock and more. BOOM YZ shifts our perspective to "Generation Y" (Millennials) and "Generation Z" to reflect the aspirations and anxieties of young people today, and to bring the multi-generational story to a compelling close.
