2022 New Year’s Eve Concert Let’s Party Back-To-Back!

As the memory of the 2020 Swing the House! is still vivid on the minds of the audience, Stacey WEI, the lead jazz trumpeter is coming back to the stage with a mind-blowing array of jazz artists for two concerts featuring different themes each night.
All That Musicals brings to you a night of classic numbers from Swing Time, Anything Goes, and Pal Joey featuring musical singers, SHIH Ying-ying and Ctwo as well as the stars of LPC Taiwan edition, CHI and Kuan CHOU.
Funk & Soul is set to sweep the audience away with a wild performance by YELLOW and big band, jamming away the last night of 2022 with New Orleans blues, James Brown and Stevie Wonder.
Music Director / Stacey WEI
As the first Master of jazz trumpet performance in Taiwan, Stacey WEI serves as Director of National Dong Hwa University Arts Center, assistant professor of the University’s Department of Music, and the Taiwan endorser for Yamaha jazz trumpet. The genres of music performed by WEI include jazz, classical, and pop music. WEI advocates jazz education and has served as Music Director of 2010 Taichung Jazz Festival, Teaching Director of NTCH Jazz Camp, and Curator of NTCH Summer Jazz Project.
Special Guest - Drums / Rich HUANG
Rich HUANG has been a jazz drummer and composer for over 50 years. His superb skills won him the title of “Drummer King of Taiwan” and the Special Contribution Award of the 31st Golden Melody Awards (GMA). Often invited to perform in jazz festivals at home and abroad, HUANG held his solo concert in National Concert Hall in 2000, with a repertoire covering pop, classical, jazz, and traditional music. As a part-time professor of Music Department at Fu Jen Catholic University and Senior Consultant of Taiwan Percussion Arts Alliance (TPAA), HUANG has promoted drum set for over 40 years.

Ctwo is now a musical actor and singer. His recent works include The Journey to The West:Uprise Of The Young Devil, Twelfth Night, Our Town and Taiwan Hólíwood.

A Taiwan-based independent singer, her vocal performances be found in theater productions like April Rain, Eat Drink Man Woman and movies such as Jump Ashin! and Dream Flight.

Graduated from the MA Performance Making program at Goldsmiths, University of London, Chi is now a professional performer and a member of SEMISCON Vocal Band. In addition to musical productions, her works involve TV shows, movies, singing, theater and physical theater productions. Her recent works include Eat Drink Man Woman, Start Over, Miss Bran and LPC.
Special Guest -Vocal(12/30)/ Kuan CHOU
Graduated from the Department of English, National Taiwan Normal University, Kuan CHOU is currently a stage actor and acapella singer. His works include Finally We Meet the Musical, The State & Denki, Taiwan Hólíwood: A Musical Comedy, When the Lotus Blooms, Yerma and Our Town.

Born in Taipei in the 1990s, YELLOW is a music producer, arranger, songwriter-lyricist, and singer. His works present a wide range of styles and his strong personal language and wild stage charisma have repeatedly won him critical acclaim. Excellent in singing, songwriting and performing, YELLOW is the winner of the 30th Golden Melody Awards, Best Single Producer category and the 12th Golden Indie Music Awards, Best Singer-songwriter category.
