Originating from The Classic of Mountains and Seas, The Goddess of the West is a massive magic epic musical created by a team of 100 over three years. A fusion of technology and art, the prehistorical, mythological, and romantic play is the brainchild of Wu Hsing-kuo, master of interdisciplinary theatre, Hsing Legend Theatre’s Jolin Huang and CHU Po-cheng, and 30 opera singers, dancers, and jingju actors.
