Camerata Taiwan’s 10th anniversary concert,《10Years.Camerata Taiwan》, features a two-wind chamber orchestra configuration, weaving together classical and contemporary elements, philosophical depth and emotional resonance. The program opens with 《Microscale of Fluid》 by Taiwanese composer Ling-Hsuan Huang, evoking the flow and form of water through sound. Pianist Shih-Wei Chen takes the spotlight in Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 2, showcasing his refined technique and richly expressive tone. The second half features Two Essays for String Orchestra by Tsung-Hsien Yang, a meditation on humanity and spatiality, culminating in the gentle lyricism of Schubert’s Symphony No. 5. Conducted by internationally acclaimed conductor Su-Han Yang, the concert marks a decade-long collaboration with Camerata Taiwan, presenting a musical dialogue that transcends style and time.
