Pianist Yang Hsin-chan, who is based in the United States and holds a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) from Michigan State University, shares this freshly curated repertoire of classical transcriptions with music lovers.The program features selected transcriptions by Bach and Beethoven, Liszt’s transcriptions of Schubert’s Lieder, as well as virtuoso works by Busoni and Horowitz based on Opera Carmen.
