Since the first Guzheng’s Promenade in 2018, sibling guzheng artists Wang Shih-kuan and Wang Ching-tang have continued to explore the instrument’s expressive potential, bridging tradition and innovation. In this third chapter, they collaborate with the Datang Guzheng Ensemble and its director Huang Chin-yen, presenting a rich interplay of solos and ensemble works.

“Chanting, whistling, and promenading” suggest a free, heartfelt and a mindful journey through sound. Blending classical elegance with contemporary vitality, this concert invites the audience to experience flowing melodies, cultural depth, and the timeless beauty of guzheng music.
