Sanssouci’s Flute Concertos will be centered on Friedrich II Der Große, recreating the classic flute works composed by the musicians around him at the time. This concert gathers outstanding musicians and selects four flute concertos by Friedrich II Der Große, Quantz, C.P.E Bach, and Benda; the timbre layers of strings and harpsichord are intertwined, setting off the beautiful embellishments of the flute, recreating the auditory luxury of court chamber music, and enjoying the aristocratic entertainment feast of the 18th century.
