Artisitc Director of Anarchy Dance Theatre

Artistic director of Anarchy Dance Theatre. HSIEH 's works are composed of a special texture derived from his background in architecture, possessing strong structural characteristics—a creative perspective combining time, space and energy. Notable choreographic works include The Eternal Straight Line (2019), Second Body (2015) and Seventh Sense (2011), all of which feature a strong element of interactive dance performance. In addition to receiving great public acclaim, his works have also been featured at numerous prominent international festivals, including Ars Electronica, TodaysArt Festival, and George Town Festival. The dance-installation series You Choreograph and Exercise done in collaboration with fellow choreographer TUNG I-fen and CHANG Ko-yang, further pushes the boundaries of in dance beyond conventional performance. In addition to his choreographic work, HSIEH also served as the director for the opening ceremony of the 2017 Summer Universiade.

Digital Artist

HUANG focuses on XR and real-time visual creation, integrating dance, theater, and digital technology to develop interdisciplinary works. He has collaborated with Thai choreographer Kornkarn Rungsawang, interdisciplinary artist CHOY Ka-Fai (Ka5), Riverbed Theatre, and the Digital Art Foundation, utilizing tools such as Unreal Engine and TouchDesigner to craft immersive experiences.
In 2024, he was selected for the Cannes XR2C2 Laboratory, with works presented at the Kaohsiung Film Festival, Utrecht Theater (Stadsschouwburg Utrecht), Lille Cathedral, and the CHRONIQUES Biennale of Digital Imagination. HUANG’s work explores the dynamic interplay between the body and digital media, drawing from both independent projects and theater productions. This has given him a nuanced understanding of the balance between conceptual development and technical execution in cross-disciplinary creation.

Co-founder of 2ENTER, CHIU Chieh-yi is currently pursuing a master’s degree in the Department of New Media Art at Taipei National University of the Arts.

His practice often draws on plain-text materials extracted from code, the internet, and large language models. Through these fragments, he seeks to trace a network of roots connecting the virtual world with individual lived experience, reaching downward into the histories embedded in data while growing upward into a deeper engagement with place.

This project developed through The Young Artists’ Atelier, CHIU explores a contemporary condition in which the world reaches us through an abundance of fragmented, flattened perspectives, making reality itself feel almost dreamlike. By creating a dream of its own, the project explores how new modes of perception might reshape our familiar ways of sensing and understanding the world.

WANG Hsin is currently pursuing a master’s degree in the Department of Dance at Taipei National University of the Arts, majoring in choreography.

Her practice centers on the body as both a site of research and a medium of inquiry. She examines how the body is used and subjected to different expectations within intimate relationships, everyday labor, and structures of spectatorship, and how these experiences gradually shape behavioral choices, movement logic, and patterns of perception over time. Through ongoing bodily practice and stage presentation, her work explores how the body responds to others, adjusts itself within structural relations, and ultimately develops particular modes of being.

In recent years, her work has repeatedly engaged with the relationships between the living body, the viewed body, and moral judgment. By juxtaposing actions, everyday objects, and the body, WANG seeks to provoke reflection on states of life, acts of use, and the responsibilities of viewing. Her work further examines the ethical positioning and power dynamics inherent in the act of creation itself.

She has collaborated with institutions and artists including the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying), Sun-Shier Salon, Resident Island Dance Theatre, Maiti Dance Company, TUNG Yi-feng, CHANG Chien-chih, and LIN Chun-yu. Her works have been presented at festivals and other events, including Taiwan Creative Dance Competition, Want to Dance Festival, Taipei Fringe Festival, American College Dance Association Conference, and the Seoul International Dance Competition.

Co-founder of 2ENTER, CHUANG En-chi is currently pursuing a master’s degree in the Department of New Media Art at Taipei National University of the Arts.

Working primarily with interactive installations and moving image, his work examines how online information, digital symbols, and contemporary subcultures shape human perception and lived experience. Through immersive imagery, hybrid spatial narratives, and data-driven generative systems, his practice responds to the ways digital culture continuously overlaps, circulates, and permeates contemporary society, while exploring the collective psychology and everyday landscapes that emerge within information environments.

His works have been exhibited at Ars Electronica, Linz (2023), Asia Culture Center, Gwangju (2025), the Macao International Art Biennale (2025), Taiwan International Light Festival (2022), Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts (2023), Taipei Digital Art Center (2023), Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts (2024), and Museum of Contemporary Art Taipei (2023), among others. In 2024, he was an artist-in-residence at CREATORS, Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab.

In recent years, CHUANG has continued to participate in museum exhibitions and interdisciplinary collaborations in Taiwan and abroad, developing contemporary media art practices that integrate urban data, real-time computation, and audience interaction.

Co-founder of 2ENTER, LIOU Ji-Rong is currently pursuing a master’s degree in the Department of New Media Art at Taipei National University of the Arts.

Working primarily with real-time game engines and interactive systems, LIOU sees technology not simply as a tool that operates in the background, but as a means of revealing other ways of understanding the world. His practice examines how technology and data can expose and amplify existing patterns of human behavior, desire, and social relations.

In his work, he perceives himself as an orchestrator of systems, designing the rules, relationships, environments, and modes of participation that shape each project.

As a co-founder of 2ENTER, LIOU also works collaboratively to explore these questions around technology, society, and human nature through projects of greater scale and complexity.

LIN Hsi-pan is currently studying in the Department of Dance at National Taiwan University of Sport.

Drawing on the feelings and emotions of everyday life, LIN transforms personal sensations into physical . For her, dance is more than performance: it is a medium for opening up the imagination and sharing warmth directly through the body.

In 2026, she received the Chinlin American Dance Festival (ADF) Scholarship and was selected for the Young Artist Work-in-Process at the International Dance Conference Festival (IDCF). In 2025, her works Ming Tu and Whose Black Suitcase Is This? received the Gold Award in the Group Choreography category and the Bronze Award in the Solo Choreography category, respectively, at the Flying Dance Competition. Her original choreographic work Twenty: Before Freedom was also selected as a finalist for the Artist Next original dance competition at the Dadaocheng International Arts Festival. She has also performed at the SWEAT Hong Kong International Dance Festival.

YANG Yu-hsuan is currently studying  in the Department of Communications Design at Shih Chien University.

Her creative practice is rooted in observations of personal experience, often drawing on symbolic fragments from everyday life. Working primarily with interactive installations and graphic design, she is particularly interested in electronic circuitry and mechanical structures.

Alongside her interest in interactive media, YANG is also interested in sound and physical performance. Through collaboration with dancers, she seeks to broaden her perspective on the body and embodied perception, reconsider the role and possibilities of bodily sensation in interactive work, and explore new possibilities for interactive sensing.

SHEN Ying-hsuan is currently studying in the Department of Communications Design at Shih Chien University.

She enjoys conversation and often finds herself saying more than she initially intended. Her work focuses on the experiences and contexts of both herself and others, continually seeking unique positions and connections among people, places, spaces, and events.

She works primarily with still photography, video, audiovisual media, and interactive imagery, while also experimenting with sound as a means of creating new experiences. She is particularly fascinated by the presence of live performance.

In this project developed as part of  The Young Artists’ Atelier, SHEN collaborates with performing arts practitioners, an experience distinct from her previous work in video and VJ production. Through the encounter between different creative contexts and ways of thinking, she hopes to discover new perspectives and find a balance between them.
