Café Crotchet is a co-creation of Taichung’s first French patisserie, La Famille, and Aqua Tea Restaurant that has been operating in the city for 17 years. 

Named after a musical term, Café Crotchet is all about rhythm and tempo, rest and relaxation. 

Not only do we infuse musical themes into our desserts but we also utilize local elements to combine East and West in our menu offerings.

We use natural ingredients, producing the purest flavors that embody human warmth and kindness. 

Café Crotchet is like a small theater on the edge of the NTT’s luscious Sky Garden. With the soothing vista comes the wonderful aroma of coffee and desserts. Sit and let your mind roam freely, meditating in peace and communing with the theatre stage that is within you.
