CHEN Yow-ruu is the founder and artistic director of Her Lab Space, a collective focused on interdisciplinary collaboration. Specializing in theater direction and spatial composition, her work explores local environments and social phenomena. Her creations offer a unique perspective on the relationship between space, the body, and sound, drawing from everyday experiences. Her creative practice spans multiple forms, including theater, visual installations, sound recordings, and video works. In recent years, she has collaborated with artists across diverse disciplines, including film, new media, dance, and music.
