Nanguaq Girls is an Indigenous female singer-songwriter trio featuring Kivi, Dremedreman, and Makav. The group was brought together under Nanguaq, the music label founded by Golden Melody Award-winning artist ABAO, with Nanguaq meaning “beautiful” in the Paiwan language.
Blending traditional Paiwan songs with contemporary pop, Nanguaq Girls bring their own stories and cultural heritage into their music. Their distinctive sound has earned recognition in Taiwan and abroad, while their active presence in performances and charitable initiatives reflects both the vitality of Indigenous music and a growing international outlook.
