YEH Ting-hao
Artist
As a creator and educator in new media art, YEH Ting-hao specializes in motion graphic programming, experimental sound, and performing arts. His works often explore the relationship between sound and imagery, blending pre-made elements with real-time occurrences. Drawing inspiration from glitch aesthetics, YEH aims to uncover the harmony and dialectics of the new media era. He actively participates in Taiwan's experimental sound scene events, such as TRANSONIC and Lacking Sound Festival. Apart from his solo projects, he has also contributed to dance and theater productions, including Loop Me, ReMove Me, and W.A.V.E by Yilab, as well as Render Ghost by Naxs Crop. Since 2013, he has co-founded the Audio-Visual duo HH with YAO Zhong-han. Currently, he is the head of the experimental audio-visual promotion group Fluid Noise and teaches at multiple universities. Since 2017, he has co-managed the TouchDesignerTW community with CHEN Pin-chen, organizing numerous promotional workshops.
