Gôo Bîng-Lûn
Playwright
Gôo Bîng-Lûn is the Deputy Artistic Director and a playwright of Our Theatre. She was a resident artist of the National Theater and Concert Hall’s Art Base Program (2019–2020). She received the Taiwan Literature Award for Drama and the First Prize of the Lin Rong San Literary Award for short fiction. Her work primarily focuses on playwriting, while also engaging in fiction writing. She explores Taiwan’s history, folk beliefs, and local culture, centering stories rooted in Taiwan. Her recent works include Our Theatre's productions such as Palaces and National Treasure Designated. Her publications include Tàu-tīn and Our Theatre Plays in Taiwanese, Volumes 1 and 2.
