Born YEN Sheng-wen, SHENG works across experimental sound, film, and theater. His practice moves between acoustic reality and glitch aesthetics. He currently focuses on resampling modulation and granular synthesis, integrating foley, ambience/field recording, test tones, and traditional instruments. His work seeks to articulate an electronic soundscape shaped by the convergence of Eastern and Western worldviews, envisioning a form of electronic music rooted in the sonic imagination of a future Taiwan.
