YEH Ai-ling

A singer and television host, YEH Ai-ling made her debut in 1985 and first rose to nationwide fame through a television coffee commercial. By 2003, she had released 14 Mandarin studio albums and 10 karaoke compilation albums. Her signature hit, My Heart Is Closed, has remained a perennial favorite, especially among Taiwan’s Indigenous communities, where it continues to inspire spirited sing-alongs and dancing. Celebrated for her rich, smoky voice and a singing style that is at once bold, sensual, and deeply resonant, she has earned the nickname “the Golden Voice Diva.”
In 2013, YEH returned to the music scene with the album Start, and she continues to perform actively in concerts and stage productions across Taiwan.
