CHEN Wu-kang

Dancer

CHEN Wu-kang started dancing at the age of twelve. From 2001 to 2013, he was a dancer at Feld's Ballet Tech and Peridance and collaborated with choreographer Eliot Feld as a solo dancer. In 2004, he co-founded the HORSE and has been the theater's artistic director ever since. He presented BEHALF in 2018. In the same year, he began to work on a three-year project Rama House with Thai choreographer Pichet Klunchun, which is supported by the National Culture and Arts Foundation. He was the co-created as well as performer of Dances for Wu-Kang Chen in 2020, recipient of 19th Taishin Performing Arts Award.
