LAI Chi-hsia
Sound Artist
LAI Chi-hsia has been dedicating to the productions and performances of sound, music, experimental instruments, installations and performing arts, and also engaged in percussion teaching and sound art workshops. After sojourning in Australia and Europe for years, she is currently based in Taiwan and a core artist of One Litre Sound. Her works focus on the convergence of technology and performance, and are usually presented in the form of composed improvisation. She has been invited to serve as a resident artist in Taipei Artist Village and Het Entrepot in Belgium, and to give performances in Europe, Australia, Japan and Taiwan.
